October 11 – Arrival in Cannigione Your journey begins in Cannigione, a serene seaside town on the famed Costa Smeralda. After settling into a charming hotel with sea views, guests are welcomed with a traditional dinner and a full tour briefing. It’s the perfect introduction to northern Sardinia’s relaxed elegance.
October 12 – Costa Smeralda Loop Ride 40 km | 629 m elevation gain This ride unveils the glamour and natural beauty of the Emerald Coast. From Cannigione, we cycle to the artisan village of San Pantaleo, then descend towards Portisco and the scenic Pevero Golf Club, before reaching Porto Cervo, the heart of luxury on the island. The route offers rolling hills, coastal panoramas, and a mix of tradition and sophistication. Optional lunch by the sea. Dinner back at the hotel.
October 13 – La Maddalena & Caprera Islands Approx. 45 km | low elevation gain A day of island hopping. After a short transfer to Palau and ferry crossing, we ride across the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera, following coastal roads with crystal-clear waters always in sight. These islands are rich in history and natural beauty. Lunch in a local restaurant. Return by ferry and van. Free evening in Cannigione.

October 14 – Ride from Siniscola to Su Gologone 65 km | 900 m elevation gain After a scenic transfer, we begin our inland journey. Riding through the rugged landscapes of Monte Albo, we stop in Galtellì, a quiet village full of history, and then in Ispinigoli, home to one of Sardinia’s most impressive caves. The day ends at Su Gologone, an art-filled country lodge surrounded by olive trees and silence. Free evening to relax or explore.
October 15 – Trekking & Traditional Shepherds’ Lunch Hike: 8–10 km | moderate elevation Today we step off the bikes for a walk through the Lanaitto Valley, a natural and archaeological treasure of Sardinia. Led by a local guide, we trek through forest trails before arriving at a shepherds’ hut for a homemade lunch: fresh cheeses, roast meats, and Cannonau wine. A cultural experience rooted in tradition and hospitality.
October 16 – Orgosolo Ride & Cultural Visit 60–65 km | 950 m elevation gain Our final ride leads to Orgosolo, a village known for its striking murals and resistance heritage. After a guided walk through its painted streets and a hearty local lunch, we cycle back to Su Gologone. In the evening, we celebrate the end of our journey with a special farewell dinner.
