Day 1

Its shallow and clean turquoise waters stretch for some 5 miles, and the beach is lined with cafés, restaurants, shops, snack stands, cycling, walking and running lane and parks.

Enjoy your stay in a Nautical-Colonial-style Hotel, a renewed historic villa form the 30’, inspired by the italian Rationalism, facing the Mediterranean sea.

Day 2

CAGLIARI BY APE CALESSINO

Your day will begin immediately with a full immersion in the city of Angel’s Gulf on a confortable romantic Ape Calessino (included). The best way to discover the heart of the old city with its two thousand years of history with archaeological remains, superb churches and several fine museums.  A cosmopolitan working city surrounding an evocative medieval center where taverns and restaurants casually spill out onto the many cobbled piazzas. Afternoon relax on the beach.

Day 3

THE ITALIAN STONEHENGE: SARDINIA  ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK | GERGEI

Today you’ll leave Cagliari for the archaeological tour of the italian Stonhenge. You’ll take a pleasant walk in the park  Pranu Muteddu, tombs from neolithic age bordered by two or three circles of stones with access corridors consisting of stones slabs set edge to edge. (Ticket 4€ per adult / guided visit). Later on route to the ‘Red Giants’ Nuraghe Arrubiu a magnificent nuraghe in red colors, on the plateau called ‘Su Pranu’ (€ 4/adult / guided visit).

Your second home away from home on this tour, is a rustic-style, Samuel's  property, a young owner who runs the activity with his family in Gergei.

Day 4 BREAD MAKIND EXPERIENCE AND WINERY VISIT IN GERGEI | RIOLA SARDO

Home-baked bread always tastes better – and you’ll prove it. On this fun, educational one-day cookery course, Samuel’s mum will show you how to make fresh bread at home. Later on you’ll visit a friendly winemaker of the region. Afternoon departure to your next stop, Riola Sardo, a cosy small farming town for an unforgettable stay in a gorgeous historic house, just a few minutes from the Sinis Peninsula.

Day 5 COAST TO COAST: FROM RIOLA SARDO TO OROSEI TROUGH ORGOSOLO

Way to your next stop, Orosei. On route, explore the village of Orgosolo, an open-air gallery of arts, which is famous for its Cubist murals. This mural tradition started around the late 1960's or early 1970's when student protest was beginning to question decades of social oppression and injustice.

Overnigh in a charming and friendly Hotel in Cala Gonone located in a panoramic position a few meters from the central beach and the marina.

Day 6 OROSEI GULF

Cala Gonone in the East Sardinia is no doubt one of the most beautiful place still untouched in Sardinia. Wild beaches and dramatic view of the limestone cliffs and caves meeting turquoise blue water creates scenery of uninhabited island. A great choise of activities is waiting for you:  Rent your own boat (you won’t need a licence, about €80 euro +gas) or take a guided excursion with a small group of 10-12 person (about 35€), to visit the beaches of the area and Bue Marino Caves. If you are a walking lover take a self-guided trail following the coast on the shoulder of the mountain, in and out of little canyons, for 7 km, to the beach of Cala Luna.

Day 7 NORTH SARDINIA : COSTA SMERALDA, PORTO CERVO AND ALGHERO

Sardinian legend claims that Costa Smeralda is the birthplace of the wind. The famed "Emerald Coast" area is known for the resort created by the Aga Khan, who discovered it in the 1960's when his yacht came ashore to weather a storm. A scenic drive leads you through the coastal village of Porto Cervo, the crown jewel of the Emerald Coast. Discover the dueling charms of the fashionable boutiques tucked behind earth-toned shop fronts and the natural port where the yachts of the rich and famous anchor. Continue on to Alghero. You’ll be staying in a modern 4* hotel located just 5 minutes walking from the touristic port and the fascinating old district.

Day 8 ALGHERO

Visit the old district, strongly influenced by Aragonese culture from which the city draws its fascinating architectural, artistic and linguistic heritage. The charming little cobbled lanes lead to a lovely promenade, which is adorned with ramparts and towers dating back to the 16th century. You’ve got a free afternoon to explore around and buy some last minute souvenirs

For dinner taste the locally seafood.
